"When you travel you learn about other people, but you learn more about yourself."
Dear pupils,
We talked about how travelling is important. You said that it gives you opportunity to see new places, meet new people, get acquainted with different customs and traditions.
We found out that now travelling isn't always expensive. Do you remember how you can visit wonderful and exciting lands without leaving your room? Can you name at least 2 ways of such kind of travelling?
We also mentioned 5 interesting places. Can you list them? Write where each place is situated (country and continent). You may add pictures of these sites.

ReplyDeleteI want to tell you about great places that I visited in my vacation last summer .
I was in 3 places , Paris , Holland , Belgium .
First I was in Paris . I visited the Eifel tour . It was so high and amazing . I realy enjoyed that .
Then , I was in Holland . I learned how they make cheese , and shoes of wood .
After that I was in Belgium . I , of course , aet a Belgium waffle . it was so sweet and tasty .

You can get more details about the sights you wrote about in our course book. Choose one of them and write at least 5 sentences (some interesting facts) about it. It would be great if you can paste a picture of this place.

ReplyDeleteLike you told me, I wrote down places that we have been there before.
So I wrote down many things:
In the first time, we were in "The Rock Of Gibraltar", that is between Spain and Africa.
We learned, that there is a tourist place over there, that we can see the Mediterranean Sea.
The visit there was very nice and beautiful.
Then, we came to the lowest place in the world: "The Dead Sea".
We can do many things there, like enjoying a hot spring, and a hot mud bath, but we need to be careful about the stinging water.
After that, we had a water walk, a boat tour, and even a helicopter ride at Niagara Falls.
It looks very beautiful and very wonderful to be there.
I learned that the Niagara Falls is used today for creating electric. It sounds very interesting.
After that, we heard the Travel Report from Diane Green, which reported from "The Great Wall Of China", the world's largest wall. I was wondering: Can anyone pass the wall of China? I don't think so (at least not in the coupler days).
After the Great Wall, we came to my favorite place in the world: Disneyland Park.
I love parks, and that park is just for the children like my and my class teammates.
I hope I'll be there in my "Bar Mitzvah".
I really hope.
That was my work about traveling.
